We now use VetBilling to manage our payment plans! VetBilling is a third-party payment option that allows you to spread out your bill across automated bi-weekly or monthly payments. A non-refundable, one-time set-up fee of $25 is assessed to start each payment plan, and a small payment plan fee of $3 is added to each payment. A card, either credit or debit, is required to create this plan. There are no penalties or fees for early payoff.
We require the following conditions to be met to be eligible for a payment plan:
To qualify for a payment plan, the total balance must be a minimum of $500, excluding medications
Offering a payment plan is determined by a soft credit check. This credit check does not show on your credit report or affect your credit score.
You must be able to pay a down payment of 50%
The payment plan payoff cannot be longer than 12 months
Based on the soft credit check, we reserve the right to not offer this service
VetBilling is available to finance all services except Specialist Services
VetBilling is available to our existing clients with a good payment history
