My experience with La Plaza Veterinary Clinic has always been exceptional. From the dedicated care they have given my Toby to the incredible support they’ve provided every time I travel internationally with him, they have always gone above and beyond. They have helped me navigate all the bureaucracy and paperwork involved in international travel, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support.
Most recently, when I called to share the heartbreaking news that we had just discovered Toby has cancer, I was overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion I received—from the receptionist to the veterinarians. Everyone was so caring, supportive, and understanding during such a difficult time.
I cannot express how thankful I am to have a veterinary team that I can fully trust, especially during one of the hardest moments we’ve ever faced. Toby is so much more than a pet—he is family—and knowing that he is in the hands of people who genuinely care about him means the world to me.
I am truly grateful to the entire team at La Plaza Veterinary Clinic. ❤️

Dr Reiff is truly a man of skill and compassion for his patients and their owners. While normal Bay area vet visits are routinely $1200 dollars and more, the 2 worker households with families are struggling. A busy, bustling client one room vet office with angels for records and vet techs, working way beyond for lower pay. Wow, Blessed to have learned of this,!!

The ultimate in compassionate care. I called them for the first time for our 16 year old puppy Lucky who was experiencing discomfort from a tooth infection. While I was on the phone with Crystal, Skye mentioned a last minute cancellation they were able to fit us in. When we brought Lucky in he was in pain and trembling. By the time we left he was relaxed and exploring. They were gentle with him and he responded really well to that. Percy brought us into the examining room and was friendly, knowledgable and thorough. When we met Dr. Hope I was again taken back by the compassion shown by her. During our visit, everyone did their best to inform us of what was best for our boy and we never felt pressured about money. They actually were very upfront about costs and gave us options. This was by far the best Veterinary experience we've had. Thanks again to Crystal, Skye, Percy and Dr. Hope for your compassion and care, it is greatly appreciated

I started coming to La Plaza a few years ago. I switched from VCA and couldn’t be happier. We are very happy with the staff and the quality of care we receive.

This is a wonderful veterinary clinic. Everyone who works here is helpful and kind. The veterinarians are thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. Despite the escalating costs of veterinary medicine they manage to keep their fees very reasonable. Wolfie is not the easiest dog to treat but he is nevertheless treated like a king here. I thank everyone at La Plaza Veterinary Clinic for their care of Wolfie.
